A journey of teaching, building & leading

Born April 1, 1993 in Puducherry — son of Somaskandan (cook assistant) and Chandranayaki (homemaker). Raised with purpose, he built a career that spans civil engineering, academia, entrepreneurship, IT consulting, and AI-driven L&D leadership.

From teaching AutoCAD as a part-time trainer during college, to running his own coaching centre, to training mainframe engineers at Capgemini, to deploying AI-powered applications — every chapter has been driven by a singular belief: people are the ultimate technology.

Currently serving as L&D & HR Transformation Lead at SANSIRONG International while pursuing MMS at IIM Indore, researching workforce optimization in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry.
